We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Engineer to join our team and take charge of implementing and optimizing document management processes within our ERP system. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Upload Office Documents on Laserfiche ECM:
Integrate and streamline the process of uploading various office documents into the Laserfiche Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system through Oracle E-Business Suite.
2. Alerts for Document Expiration:
Implement a proactive alert system to notify stakeholders at least 15 days before the expiration of relevant documents, ensuring timely action and compliance.
3. Integration with ERP for Document Access:
Enable seamless document retrieval by integrating Laserfiche ECM with the personal information screen on each document's ERP link within Oracle EBS.
4. Upload and Retrieve Signed Contracts:
Develop a solution to upload signed contracts onto Laserfiche ECM and establish a link for easy retrieval directly from the personal information screen.
