Job Responsibilities:

  • Our BPO Associates / Agents will be providing BPO services to our Clients in the USA, completing daily assigned tasks, carrying out professional services,
  • Outbound calling, Telemarketing, Achieving daily targets, and Making customers understand the program. Other responsibilities may include:
  • Cold call prospects to sell/ Pitch product
  • Use scripts to provide information about the product’s features and benefits.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
  • Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Skills:

  • Candidates should have good English Communication skills (Written& Spoken)
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Customer service experience and customer-centric attitude
