Working time will be divided into shifts (4 hours/shift) and no more than 2 shifts per day:
+ shift A - remotely (from 3:30 a.m - 7:30 a.m),(GPM+7)
+ shift E - remotely (from 11 p.m - 3 p.m). (GPM+7)
The number of shifts is flexible, but it still depends on the team leader's assignment. To maintain health, select the proper shift.

Attend weekly meetings with the whole team on Monday to review tasks
Participate in a 2-week to 1-month training program at the office during working hours to enhance product knowledge and effectively resolve customer issues
