We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our training organization. The ideal candidate will excel in converting leads into customers and driving sales to achieve maximum ROI. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Conversion:

    • Proactively engage with leads generated from Meta ad campaigns via calls, emails, and social media.
    • Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
    • Qualify and prioritize leads to focus efforts on high-potential prospects.
  2. Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into paying customers.
    • Present and promote the organization’s training programs, highlighting their value and unique benefits.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization’s offerings to answer customer queries effectively.
  3. Performance Tracking:

    • Track and monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on sales metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
    • Use CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and streamline the sales process.
  4. Collaboration & Feedback:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals and client expectations.
    • Suggest improvements to sales techniques, customer engagement, and lead follow-up processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in training services or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of lead conversion and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with Meta ads and lead generation processes is a plus.
