Responsibilities

  • Identifying New Business Opportunities: Proactively research and identify potential corporate clients, new business markets, and partnerships to expand the company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s business reach.
  • Generating Leads and Prospects: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, cold call, and engage with prospects through various channels such as Industry specific networking events, social media, and industry conferences.
  • Building and Nurturing Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs, address their concerns, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conducting Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and potential threats to the business.
  • Developing Business Proposals and Presentations: Create compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients, highlighting the company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s value proposition and unique selling points.
  • Negotiating Contracts and Deals: Lead negotiations with clients and partners to finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements that are mutually beneficial for all parties involved.
  • Meeting Sales Targets: Set ambitious sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them within specified timelines, while maintaining profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Tracking and Reporting Progress: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and client interactions using CRM software, and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
  • Staying Compliant with Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all business development activities.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies relevant to business development, and continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Representing the Company: Serve as a brand ambassador for the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, and uphold the company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s reputation and values in all interactions.

Skills:

  • Sales Skills: Ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
  • Social Media Marketing: Social Media marketing experience will add added advantage to the resume.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building relationships with clients, presenting proposals, and writing compelling emails.
  • Networking Abilities: Capability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions to overcome them.
