We are seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Manager - Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design with at least 3 years of professional experience. This role involves assisting in the management of design projects, collaborating with team members, and contributing creatively to produce high-quality visual content. The starting salary for this position is $40,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and coordinating graphic design projects from concept through to completion.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design solutions that meet project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Provide creative input and feedback to enhance design quality and effectiveness.
- Ensure all design work aligns with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.
- Assist in maintaining project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Support in mentoring and guiding junior designers to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our design output remains competitive.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
