Responsibilities

Negotiate contracts and contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring that terms are favorable and project costs are managed effectively.
Conduct regular meetings to discuss project updates, roadblocks, and future actions, encouraging team collaboration and problem-solving.
Maintain meticulous project documentation, tracking all phases of the project from initiation through to closure.
Evaluate project performance through post-project reviews, identifying lessons learned and implementing improvements for future projects.
