We are seeking a talented and motivated Python/AI Engineer with at least 2+ years of professional experience in the relevant field to join our AI development team. As a Python/AI Engineer, you will work on developing and implementing AI models and algorithms that power our innovative solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from natural language processing and computer vision to machine learning and deep learning. Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and experiments to improve existing AI models and explore new techniques and technologies.
- Collect and preprocess data, perform feature engineering, and create training datasets for AI models.
- Perform model training, optimization, and evaluation using machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team to deploy AI models in production environments and ensure scalability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest AI research, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance your skills and contribute innovative ideas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of professional experience as a Python/AI Engineer, AI Developer, or a similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI concepts and algorithms, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques.
- Understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including version control (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data and algorithms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Passion for AI and a drive to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services.
- Knowledge of computer vision techniques and libraries (e.g., OpenCV).
- Familiarity with natural language processing tools and frameworks (e.g., NLTK, spaCy).
- Experience with model deployment and serving frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django, TensorFlow Serving).
