Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to assess current IT policies and procedures.
Research industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends related to IT environmental, social, and governance risk management.
Develop comprehensive IT policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs and objectives of our organization.
Ensure alignment of IT policies and procedures with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including data privacy regulations and cybersecurity frameworks.
Establish clear guidelines and protocols for identifying, assessing, and mitigating environmental, social, and governance risks within IT operations, including data management, cybersecurity, and technology procurement.
Provide training and support to employees to ensure understanding and compliance with ETGRM policies and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of policies and procedures, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay informed about emerging trends, developments, and best practices in risk management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience 1 to 2 years in developing IT policies and procedures, with a focus on risk management, compliance, or cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of principles and frameworks, with knowledge of how they apply to IT operations.
Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines pertaining to IT ETGRM risk management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess IT risks and understand mitigation strategies.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive consensus on IT initiatives.
