The incumbent will be responsible managing day to day administrative matters of HR department. Assisting Group Head HR and HR Managers on multiple HR initiatives and ongoing assignment as:
Responsibilities:
- Managing the Head’s schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls, and ensuring they are aware of any upcoming commitments or deadlines.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, both internally and externally.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents, including formatting, proofreading, and editing.
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, such as employee records and HR-related matters.
- Providing administrative support for HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance management processes, or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Serving as a liaison between the HR Head and other departments or external stakeholders, relaying messages and facilitating communication.
- Handling various ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as requested by the HR Head, which could include research, data analysis, or special projects.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Proven 2 – 3 years’ experience as a Coordinator, preferably in HR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
