To assist in the development, performance and maintenance of the payroll activities of the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the payroll team development, performance and maintenance within the organisation
- Assist in the allocation and use of the payroll budget
- Assist in the preparation of all payroll activities including payroll payments, reports and forecasts including tax returns and reports for Government regulatory agencies and payroll management reports
- Assist your line manager to assess the long term payroll trends
- Assist in the review of reports and analyse projections of payroll
- Assist in Staff Surveys
Requirements:
- MBA in HR or Finance with 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Team Player
