Architect / Interior Designer

Looking for an architect/interior designer who can work for a custom homes company. We are very flexible. It is not a full time or a part time position. We are looking for self-employed individuals who want to work with us on project basis. We can provide office space and all the necessary equipment if needed. It is an opportunity for individuals who have all the skills and want to up their game by working with a builder.

Bali Homes is the high-end custom homes division of the construction company Bali Enterprises Builders & Developers.

At least Graduate degree in Architecture from Recognized University & Valid PCATP Registration.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and designing of high rise buildings, institutional buildings, hospitals, master planning etc.
Strong command on computer software including AutoCAD, REVIT, 3d MAX, MS Office, etc.
Able & willing to travel, act as Team Lead & carry out business development activities & meet targets.
Ability to work on strict timelines and excellent writing & communication skills.
Good understanding of construction processes & able to skillfully deal with clients & contractors.
Ability to get 3D images will be a plus but not a requirement

Specific Tasks
