Monitor and address operational issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with drivers and team members.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous dispatching or logistics experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in routing software.Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.This is an early morning shift (4:30 AM - 3:00 PM).
