We are looking for a talented and motivated Female candidate to join our team as an E-commerce Marketplace Product Listing Specialist. This is a remote, full-time position with flexible working conditions and a focus on growth and development.

Must-Haves:

  • E-commerce: Minimum 1 years (required)
  • Excellent command of English (both spoken and written)
  • University graduate or fresh graduate
  • Full access to the internet 24/7
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Available to work from home during 11 am to 7 pm UK time
  • Experience in listing products on marketplaces such as Daraz, eBay, and Amazon (this is very important)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon and eBay seller accounts with overall P&L responsibility for a specific area.
  • Monitor performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and seller ratings.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, guidelines, and performance standards.
  • Create and optimize product listings on Amazon and eBay to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust accordingly to optimize growth.
  • Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on performance against agreed KPIs, enabling proactive decision-making and adjustments.
  • Utilize and analyze all accessible data to identify trends in sales, products, and categories, and devise strategies to maximize the performance of the respective channels.
  • Build, lead, and manage a team, providing clear direction, goals, and expectations.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to your team members, supporting performance improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
  • Work with customer service to ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience across all platforms.
  • Handle other online marketplaces, with the possibility of expanding into new marketplaces to promote our growth.
  • Skillfully find and utilize product details and pictures.

The Ideal Female Candidate:

  • Significant experience with Amazon & eBay UK
  • A commercially sharp individual with excellent technical abilities and a deep understanding of Amazon and eBay platforms, coupled with a proactive, data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Prior experience in working in a team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Capable of innovative thinking for problem-solving, adept at prioritizing tasks.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel for handling and processing extensive datasets to accomplish the tasks.
  • Skilled at examining and interpreting data, recognizing patterns or inefficiencies to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, coupled with a collaborative, team-oriented approach and a passion for achieving shared goals.
  • Business-savvy, aiming to boost revenue, enhance profitability, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Enthusiastic about e-commerce and online sales, paying close attention to detail to enhance the customer experience and create comprehensive content for product pages.
  • Eager to streamline and enhance existing business procedures and channel performance.
