Responsibilities:

Manage the daily activities of the business unit.

Planning and budgeting: Ability to plan and manage budgets effectively.
Business knowledge: Familiarity with various business functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).
Analytical ability: Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication: Effective communication with employees and upper management.
Organizational and leadership skills: Ability to lead and guide the team.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant field (Master’s degree is a plus).
