Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 25-60 years
- Gender: Preferably Male
- Education: Master degree or Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounts, Finance, Commerce or Trade, from a reputed university
- Experience: Minimum three years of Work experience in a reputed organisation, in a finance, accounts or commerce related position.
- Employment Nature: Full Time: Minimum 40 hours a week
Requirement:
- Financial management of the companies' accounts.
- Bank statement reconcilliation of the accounts with internal ledger.
- Managing online banking portals of companies accounts.
- Overseeing online fee collection of the students, consolidation, reconcilliation, verification of the receipts etc.
- Manager advertisements, procuring quotations, supply orders, record maintenance, inspection at delivery and payments to vendors etc.
- Managing purchases, petty cash, day to day expenditures of the company head office.
- Mnanaging cash inflow and outflows of all kinds.
- Preparation and Disbursement of salaries and allowance; deduction of Provident Fund, Health Insurance or Group Insurance etc. as per policy.
- Preparing Balance Sheets, Ledgers, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Statements, Financial projections.
- Preparing loan applications to Financial Institutions, e.g. banks & Insurance companies, if and when required.
- Handling Govt. fees and taxes, (GST, PRA, Social Security, EOBI, Withholding Tax, Advance Income Tax, Personal Income Tax, Property Tax, Wealth Tax etc.)
- Carrying out Internal Audit periodically upon the management instructions.
- Facilitating the annual external audit of the companies as and when required.
- Maintenance electronic and physical copies of of Financial record including files, check books, vouchers, receipts, banks statements, financial bills approvals. cash memo, fee vouchers etc.
- Opening, maintaining and and closing of bank accounts, as and if required.
- Any other relevant task, assigned by the management.
