Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales, with a preference for leadership roles in the call center or IT solutions sector.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets, manage client portfolios, and lead teams in high-pressure environments.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with expertise in relationship-building and negotiation at an executive level.
Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience in managing and mentoring sales teams, with a focus on performance optimization and team growth.
English Proficiency: Fluent in English, with a strong ability to engage and influence international clients.
