We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to manage our marketplace accounts and drive furniture sales across North America. This full-time, remote position requires excellent English communication skills and strong sales abilities to engage and assist customers virtually. Position Details:

Salary: PKR Rs. 50,000 per month + 1% commission per sale (paid monthly)
Hours: 8 PM - 4 AM Pakistan Standard Time

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Online Listings: Create, update, and optimize product listings on multiple Facebook marketplace accounts, with a focus on engaging presentation and clear product information.
Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and messages, providing product information, solutions, and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Order Processing: Ensure timely processing of orders and monitor each step of the order cycle to meet customer expectations.
Sales and Promotion: Actively manage postings and advertisements on Facebook Marketplace to attract and engage local customers, using sales skills to promote our furniture pieces.
Customer Satisfaction: Provide outstanding service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the online sales process.

Qualifications:

Strong command of the English language (verbal and written)
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or online marketplace management
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a night shift role
Own a laptop and smartphone with a stable internet connection
Previous experience in online sales or managing Facebook Marketplace is a plus
