Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls for Medicare, Medical Alert, Final Expense (FE), and ACA campaigns.
Close deals effectively or verify sales while ensuring compliance with campaign requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Achieve and exceed set sales and verification targets.
Document client interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and a results-oriented approach.
Team player with the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Availability: Night shift is mandatory (6 PM - 4 AM).
