We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Telemarketing Agents to join our team! As a Telemarketing Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, engaging them with our products and services, and providing top-notch customer service. Your goal will be to generate interest, answer inquiries, and drive sales. If you have a strong communication style, persuasion skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
Promote Axxon BPO's products and services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Address client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience in a call center or sales role.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work night shifts (7 PM - 4 AM).
