We are seeking motivated and experienced Customer Service Representatives (Self-Closers) to join our team. If you have a knack for closing sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Base Salary: PKR 50,000 - 100,000

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to provide product/service information
Handle inquiries and close sales independently
Achieve and exceed performance targets
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales

Requirements:

1+ year experience in a similar role (preferably in an insurance or sales campaign)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a proven track record in closing deals
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
