Axxon BPO is seeking detail-oriented Client Verification Agents to join our team. This role involves verifying client details, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting high-quality service standards in our call center. Ideal candidates are proactive, have strong communication skills, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Verify client information accurately and promptly.
Provide clients with information and updates related to their accounts.
Maintain confidentiality and data security in all interactions.
Collaborate with the team to enhance the client experience and resolve inquiries.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center or customer service environment.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
