As a Recruitment Executive, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting top-tier healthcare professionals for our UK-based clients. Your main responsibility will be making outbound calls to connect with potential candidates and ensuring we match the right talent with our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound recruitment calls to attract and place healthcare professionals.
Use your excellent communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
Meet and exceed recruitment targets to benefit from performance-based salary increments, bonuses, and weekly cash bonuses.
