You will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management tasks on a day-to-day basis. This role is remote.
GRC Project Coordinator
- Project Planning & Execution: Coordinate, and manage GRC projects, including risk assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives.
- Risk Management: Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
- Compliance Support: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation and prepare reports.
- Tools & Technology: Utilize GRC software and other tools effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of GRC processes.
GRC Consulting
- Conduct comprehensive GRC assessments to identify gaps and weaknesses.
- Develop and implement GRC frameworks and policies.
- Assist with the design and implementation of internal controls.
- Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, including GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Auditing Services
- Perform internal and external audits to assess compliance with GRC frameworks and regulations.
- Review and evaluate control effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
- Follow up on audit findings and track remediation efforts.
Qualifications
- Expeditor and Expediting skills
- Project Management expertise
- Inspection and Logistics Management capabilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in risk management and compliance
- Certifications in relevant fields such as PMP, CISA, or CISSP
