Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of our web applications using PHP and the CodeIgniter framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to optimize application performance.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in PHP development with a strong understanding of CodeIgniter framework.
  • Proficient in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with SQL databases, version control tools, and developing web services.
  • Proven ability in designing and implementing scalable and secure web applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with other PHP frameworks such as Laravel Or Express js, Nest js etc.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
