We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
The Customer Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by acquiring new clients who are seeking technical expertise in software solutions. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting clients with the right solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, Fiverr, Upwork, and referrals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract clients who require technical expertise in software solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
