We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites and applications. This role involves understanding the company’s design requirements, user scenarios, and working closely with the operation and development teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website and APP Design

Create visually appealing website and application layouts and interfaces using design tools such as Figma.
Design responsive and user-friendly websites and apps optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

2. Understanding Company and User Needs

Understand the company’s design requirements and business objectives.
Analyze user scenarios and design websites and apps tailored to enhance the user experience.

3. UI/UX Optimization

Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive navigation and interactive features.
Conduct usability testing and make iterative improvements based on feedback.

4. Asset Creation

Design and optimize graphics, images, and multimedia elements for use on websites and applications.
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and web standards.

5. Development Collaboration

Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Provide necessary design assets and specifications to developers.

6. Project Management

Manage multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

1. Education

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if skills are evident).

2. Experience

Proven experience in web and app design, with a portfolio showcasing past projects.

3. Technical Skills

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred).
Understanding of web standards, accessibility, and SEO principles.

4. Soft Skills
