Are you an experienced leader in the construction industry looking for a new challenge? Our company is seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure timely completion.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
