We are looking for a talented and experienced Systems & DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in both traditional IT infrastructure management and modern DevOps practices. The perfect candidate will be adept at managing on-premises and cloud-based systems while also developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

Server Administration:
- Oversee and maintain RHEL, Ubuntu, and Windows servers to ensure high performance, security, and reliability.
- VMware Experience: Set up and manage VMware environments, including ESXi hosts, virtual machines, and hypervisors, etc.
- Support essential IT services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and various network services.
- Implement and monitor backup and recovery processes to safeguard data integrity.
Physical and Virtual Infrastructure:
- Design, deploy, and manage physical servers, including rack installations and network configurations.
- Create and maintain virtual machines (VMs), ensuring they are regularly updated and optimized.
- Manage and maintain storage solutions and network infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.

DevOps Tools and Practices:

CI/CD Pipeline Development:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for seamless software deployment.
- Manage and secure artifact repositories like Nexus and Artifactory to efficiently handle build artifacts.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with tools like Ansible.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, CRI-O, and Kubernetes.
Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure:
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as GCP and AWS.
- Implement hybrid cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises and cloud environments.
- Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of cloud resources and applications.

Collaboration and Support:

Provide expert technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

Extensive experience in IT infrastructure management, including RHEL, Windows server administration, VMware, and hypervisors.
Strong background in DevOps, particularly in CI/CD pipeline development, containerization, and cloud management.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, and CRI-O.
Proficient in managing cloud platforms, especially GCP and AWS.
Solid understanding of core IT services, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of security best practices within IT infrastructure and DevOps environments.
Scripting abilities (e.g., Bash, Python) for automating tasks and improving efficiency.
Experience with physical server management, including setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
