Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with a passion for building scalable and efficient web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of front-end and back-end development principles. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
- Design and implement front-end interfaces using React.js and other modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
- Create and optimize server-side APIs and web services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of the software.
- Implement security features and protocols to protect web applications from vulnerabilities and cyber threats.
- Optimize application performance and scalability through efficient database querying, caching, and code optimization techniques.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and trends in web development to continuously improve skills and enhance project outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 1 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and Redux for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, server-side development, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases for data modeling and manipulation.
- Familiarity with Node.js and Express.js for server-side development and API integration.
- Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a passion for writing clean and maintainable code.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
