Troubleshooting of technical issues related to Bank’s digital banking applications (ATM switch, RAAST, Mobile App, internet Banking, ESB, Cards)
Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve application problems efficiently.
Leading Implementation and maintaining system configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.
Participate in incident response activities and work towards resolution.
Automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency.
Stay informed of the latest technology trends and security best practices in the financial services industry.
Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring for digital banking platform improvements.
Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
Manage project resources effectively and track project progress.
Develop and maintain project documentation.
Identify and manage project risks.
Communicate effectively with internal teams (Development, Security, Business Users) to troubleshoot issues and ensure operational efficiency.
Document procedures and processes clearly and concisely.
Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve common goals.
