- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Respond to help desk tickets and service requests promptly, escalating issues as needed.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support technology usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement and support IT infrastructure projects and initiatives.
