We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction/Project Manager to oversee the construction of two major hospital projects. The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing labor parties and finishing works.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Manage labor parties, including subcontractors and suppliers
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, and government contracting requirements
- Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university (UET and NUST graduates preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishing works
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools
