We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the laboratory testing services for environmental monitoring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving hard-core sales efforts, meeting and exceeding targets, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization, which is approved by the Govt of Sindh and Punjab, Pakistan. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Target Achievement:

    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
    • Develop and execute strategies to generate revenue from new and existing clients.
  2. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Identify potential customers and create a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
    • Build and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
    • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services to address their business challenges.
  4. Product/Service Knowledge:

    • Gain a deep understanding of the company’s service offerings to effectively pitch and demonstrate value to potential clients.
  5. Sales Presentations & Negotiations:

    • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals.
  6. Market Research & Analysis:

    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Provide regular feedback to the management team for refining sales strategies.
  7. Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM tools.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports to management regularly.
  8. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
