Maintaining employee records,
Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
Maintains Time management.
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, and days off.
Assist in payroll management, preparation, and payment.
Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
Assist in recruitment by posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
Create reports for senior management.
Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.

Requirement:

Degree in HR from a reputable institution.
Good understanding of local labor laws.
Good in MS Office
Good communication skills
Experience 1-3 years in a similar role
