Responsibilities:
Bid on Projects:
- Identify suitable projects on Upwork that align with our services.
- Craft compelling proposals that highlight our expertise and value.
- Research potential clients and tailor bids to their specific needs.
Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the bidding process.
- Address client inquiries and follow up on proposals to build relationships.
- Negotiate project terms and finalize contracts.
Project Management:
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and freelancers to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Quality Assurance:
- Review deliverables for quality and adherence to client requirements.
- Implement feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet client satisfaction.
Reporting:
- Track bid success rates and project outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving bidding strategies and project processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bidding and project management on Upwork or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to write clear, persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with [specific tools or software relevant to your projects, e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, etc.] is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
