Coordinate with line manager to prepare designs for new applications and document all processes for effective evaluation.
Prepare proposal documents for new development requirements.
Perform design and development of applications according to new project requirements.
Analyze systems/user requirements to design and implement necessary solutions.
Design and develop complex database packages, triggers, functions, procedures, and other objects.
Customize Oracle standard forms using personalization to implement required business logics and data validations.
Conduct research and development on new and existing technologies to optimize solutions.
Evaluate architecture for Oracle applications, prepare layouts for logical models, and maintain database objects for various application components.
Organize system documentation and development request forms.
Describe data flow to users when necessary.
Develop XML Publisher reports.
Prepare workflow designing and implementation.
Present demos of developed systems to end users.
Provide data entry training and explain the nature of entered data to end users.
Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring schedules and objectives are met.
Participate in the recruitment process for new positions.
Review assigned tasks on a daily basis.
Provide day-to-day technical support to team members.
Describe table structure and system flow to team members for new developments.
Provide guidelines to team members for system documentation and designing.
Update assigned tasks on the support desk according to their nature and status.
Update development tasks to the line manager and explain the task status.
Conduct conferences with users to identify and resolve bugs.
Analyze bugs, propose solutions, and implement finalized solutions in forms, reports, and database objects.
Conduct meetings with line manager on running issues and development tasks.
Describe the status of monthly or weekly assigned tasks.
Describe the nature of development extensions due to high priority support issues.
Evaluate multiple solutions and apply the best one for new developments or modifications
