Also, to strategize / rebuild the whole foot-prints of students' side of services offered by WooStudy / draw out what's missing and to architect the full offering platform.
Operations support:Data manipulation, sales and marketing processes enablement and learners nurturing.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Analyst;To design and assist the dev team in the overall product roadmap/vision (tools to leverage = hotjar, mixpanel, kibana, figma etc).
Monitor business processes/operations on a daily basis and ensure the process flow is properly followed.
Overall, a hands-on, solution-oriented self-starter; able to KEEP THE MOMENTUM MOVING FORWARD (thrive in an ambiguous environment and think innovatively) and keep pushing KPIs/milestones forward.
Ensure B2C efforts as well as B2B undertakings are actively executed and take action as per the timelines; interested in driving change, adoption, and scaling a business from scratch.
B2B - Schools campaigns, brand awareness, campaign launch efforts, data entry updates for additional school profiles as well as growth hack campaign strategies.
Oversee platform development works and provide necessary support to the Development and the Marketing Team.
