We are looking for a motivated, results-driven individual to identify, bid on, and close web development and animation projects on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. You will play a crucial role in acquiring business that aligns with our services, acting as the main point of contact for potential clients throughout the bidding and negotiation process.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant design and animation projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms.
- Write tailored proposals that showcase Arqi Digital’s unique offerings.
- Engage with potential clients to understand project requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close deals.
- Track all proposal submissions and follow up with clients to secure projects.
- Provide regular updates on bid status, client communications, and lead opportunities to the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with bidding on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer, with a record of closed deals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective negotiation skills and the ability to influence client decisions.
- Ability to align client requirements with Arqi Digital’s design and animation services.
- Familiarity with the design and animation industry.
Shift: 7 PM - 4 AM
Experience: 1+ years of Upwork Experience
