The Advisor/ consultant BD plays an essential role in new business acquisition, corporate investments, mergers and uses his experience in sales and business-related roles to contribute innovative ideas for future growth within an industry having intrinsic ability to improve brand recognition and help boost financial growth. He conduct market research and analysis company’s current products and services to determine necessary adjustment for increased customer engagement. He must be articulate enough, with good judgment and possessing in-depth knowledge about the latest trends, business norms prevailing in the national/international market. He will act as an advisor on various AWT’s existing/new Business Units/Projects in-line with AWT’s strategic vision and mission. He is expected to foster growth by modifying the business plan/models, if required and propelling new projects in the pipeline, ensuring that the supporting departments such as R&D, Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing Units are ready to take on new growth opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to work independently by focusing on new corporate business opportunities that will drive new revenue streams for AWT and analyzing new projects viability in consideration to the foreseen business markets of Pakistan.
- Portfolio analysis including PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, Competitor’s analysis, risk analysis & management etc.
- Networking with related businesses and fostering B2B relationship.
- Locate potential business deals by exploring partnership, mergers new acquisitions in the marketplace and track new business efforts through dedicated efforts.
- Writing Legal paperwork and other documents related to business growth.
- Provide AWT’s management with an insight about prevailing competition in the similar business markets and growth opportunities.
- Any other task assigned by BOD/MD AWT.
