This role plays a crucial part in designing, coding, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions. The Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate those into technical specifications. Good communication skills in English are essential for effectively conveying ideas and updates to stakeholders and ensuring smooth project progress. This position does not involve managing a team, allowing the Developer to focus on personal technical contributions and growth within the company. As a Developer, you will also be responsible for maintaining and improving existing applications while ensuring they conform to industry best practices and security standards. Your problem-solving abilities will be challenged as you troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions. A commitment to learning and adapting to new technologies will be encouraged, ensuring both personal and professional development in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET technologies.
Collaborate with project managers and designers to gather and refine requirements.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code based on specifications.
Conduct system testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
Document development processes, code changes, and application functionality.
Implement and maintain application security measures according to industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues as they arise.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose their integration into projects.
Participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
Assist in training and mentoring junior developers when necessary.
