Conduct regular field visits, including UC-level, streets, and neighborhoods, to monitor the effectiveness of ground-level work.
Assess cleanliness standards of roadsides, plots, and other public spaces to evaluate overall Tehsil cleanliness levels.
Survey door-to-door and commercial areas to gather public feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of field operations.
Assess and monitor the effective utilization of resources like Human Resources, Vehicles, machinery, Transfer Stations, and other assets and consumables.
Inspection of activities performed at Dumpsites including RFID, weighing, and optimal disposal of solid waste.
Ensure compliance with SOPs by taking actions against non-compliance and addressing major issues within the field staff.
Prepare regular reports for all the stakeholders containing pictorial-based evidence against each activity.
Document project successes, challenges, and lessons learned and assist in evaluating future SWM initiatives.
Regular training of field staff to conduct effective Solid Waste Management Practices in the field.
Any other assignment given by the Top Management.
