Responsibilities:

Develop and execute impactful Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for diverse clients.
Manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns, optimizing for maximum results.
Collaborate with clients to align marketing strategies with their business goals.
Utilize strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
Contribute creatively to the development of compelling ad copy and visuals.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Proven track record of successfully managing lead generation campaigns.
Excellent creative understanding to develop engaging ad content.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks across multiple clients simultaneously.

Compensation:

Salary: Market Competitive.
Performance-based increase: Within 3 months, based on performance, the salary will increase to 20% above market rate.
