We are looking for a Coordinator. The coordinator has to make sure all the needs of the students are being taken care of.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain student files and database records.
To maintain relevant noticeboards for Exam timetables, Events, Projects and Academic success.
Participate in Attendance monitoring system and control absenteeism.
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with students.
Responding to student queries within required timeframes and updating student records accordingly. Following up with the students
Providing technical and administrative support as needed to students in the use of the student portal.
Manage and Coordinates with student regarding student activities, workshop and seminar.
Managing floor on given time slot.
Handling other task given by Center Manager. or Center Academic Head

Requirements:

Should have strong relationship building skills.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Service oriented with excellent communication skills
Ability to follow procedures and to keep track of multiple tasks
Minimum Bacherlors' from reputed university/institute
Must be able to handle pressure well
Advanced Excel
Must have analytical skills
Must be good at report writing
