Customer Service Representative

As a UK Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding product support and assistance to our customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through phone calls (inbound) and email tickets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Provide exemplary product support to customers via phone (inbound) and email.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and answer product-related questions professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service processes.
Work 6 days a week to ensure comprehensive coverage.
No sales.

Requirements:

Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous customer service or call center experience is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
Availability to work 5 days a week.
No work on Pakistan religious holidays (paid).
