We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries and provide support for Hajj and Umrah travel arrangements
- Utilize ticket booking software for booking and managing travel itineraries
- Maintain accurate records and updates in Excel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create and manage ad postings on social media to promote our services
Qualifications:
- Strong client dealing experience
- Proficiency in ticket booking software
- Excellent command of Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
