We are searching for an experienced and dedicated professional to manage our Rice Milling and Parboiling Plant.

1. The Candidate must have strong knowledge and experience on the parameters of Rice Milling Machines.

2. The candidate must have at least 10 years of relevant experience in Rice Milling Plant or in the alternative, any large scale food processing Plant but must have knowledge about rice milling.

3. The candidate shall have a Bachelor’s or Master’s or Higher Diploma or relevant professional certification in Engineering. This is not a must have but the candidate with more education and experience will have an added advantage.

4. The candidate must have strong skills in planning, organizing and managing team.

5. The candidate will be responsible for the mechanical maintenance of all sub units of the plant machinery (parboiling, milling, processing etc.).

6. The candidate has to monitor its relevant operations and trigger corrective actions.

7. The candidate has to document operation / corrective actions/maintenance activities and report to management (CEO/Director).

8. The candidate will coordinate and work in collaboration with production personnel to achieve quality and timely production of rice in all three milling lines.

9. The candidate will have plant operators and other required personnel for assistance.

10. This role requires the candidate to lead and be hands on with the team in all the process.

11. The goal is to ensure the effective and efficient use of plant machinery for optimum production and increase the production capacity of the plant while maintaining required high quality standards, preserving the life of machinery and minimizing unnecessary costs.

12. The candidate shall promote implementation and adherence to health and safety measures that safeguard the workers and property from environmental and safety hazards.
