Responsibilities
- Lead a team of key account representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of account strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or concerns
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to key accounts
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing key accounts
- Monitor and report on key account performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of key account management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, telecommunications, or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth
- Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
