Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to potential clients, businesses, and target markets to promote products and services.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the field.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized support and addressing their needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitors' activities.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities through field interactions and relationship building.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations in person.
  • Review the customer requests for quotation (RFQ) and establish requirements for the internal team and external vendors/suppliers.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
  • Assist in the development of sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to top management.
  • Requesting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
  • Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and build industry relationships.
  • Track and report sales activities, market developments, and progress towards targets on a regular basis.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the development of sales and marketing budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of field initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new product launches, and market conditions relevant to the field.

Required Skill Set:

  • Experience in L.V Switchgear products is preferred.
  • Communication skills.
  • Customer orientation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Educational background in BS Electrical Engineering, DAE (Electrical) or B-Tech
  • Work experience of 01-02 years in the same field.
