As the Senior Sales Manager for IT Services, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to expand our customer base. You will have a proven track record of sales success within the IT industry, particularly in growing startups, and will be expected to deliver measurable results against sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and client onboarding.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, demonstrating measurable success in growing revenue.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services sector, focusing on building a strong pipeline of high-value clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Expansion: Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and verticals, growing our footprint in the IT services industry.
  • Sales Strategy & Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure alignment on solutions, messaging, and customer needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and closing of high-value contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize sales strategies, identify trends, and improve sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record with 5+ years of sales experience in the IT services and technology sector, specifically with a demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and technology offerings.
  • Strong business development experience in a startup or rapidly growing tech environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, CRM tools, and sales analytics.
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals and delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
